Denise Bonnaig has been a force of transformation in the lives of many. As a founding member of the boutique law firm Bonnaig & Associates, LLC, she has been working to give a voice to the voiceless in the contexts of civil rights, immigration, and workplace litigation for over thirty years. And as the creator of Princeton Power Yoga, Denise helps others find their own voices through strength and deep inner connection.

Her commitment to elevating the consciousness of the planet is limitless. The ideal of lifting the vibration of the planet to experience and witness a shift in consciousness – to eradicate suffering – led Denise to delve into Lester Levenson Release Technique; and the study of Vipassana Meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka. She has travelled to India to walk the Buddha’s Path. She enjoys delving into literature dealing with the exploration of the mind and the nature of consciousness.
Denise uses her natural talent, combined with lessons from her teachers, to guide individuals to happiness as a way of being. Every class she teaches is a transformative experience. She leads students to experience what they might already understand intellectually, things they might already know about themselves, so they may become who they consciously choose to be. As a result, her students become more discerning at knowing themselves and separating the essential from the non-essential

While leading a 40 Days of Life Coaching, Power Vinyasa, Pranayama and Meditation Programs, Denise created “Journey into Wisdom”, her signature yoga sequence.
Denise’s mind body alignment-based approach to teaching yoga will allow you to prepare your body for a gentle or rigorous practice, build a powerful foundation for your practice while helping correct imbalances in the body. Denise is a stickler for a healthy alignment of the body while teaching yoga poses (asana practice). The physical and mental wellbeing of practitioners is the forefront of every PPY class Denise she teaches.
Denise’s commitment is to being a Force of Transformation in the lives of others – sharing techniques that help shed light on what holds us back. She has a commitment to elevate and lift the consciousness and the vibration of the planet to, experience and witness a shift in consciousness and the eradication of suffering motivates her to remain a student of this work.
